Joel in service is an EXCEPTIONAL employee!! Kind, caring, knowledgeable and always very pleasant. Joel is an asset to the dealership. The Deluca corporation should acknowledge this employee. I continue to find my experiences with this dealership underwhelming. From phone calls being unanswered and messages not returned to arrogant attitudes. The only person that does their job in a courteous and professional manner is the person that you pay at the end. On more than one occasion I've been put on hold, sent to service rep and had them not pick up the phone and left a message for them to call back. That call never came. One time I drove over to make the appointment in person to find the service rep with their feet up on the desk playing on their phone. I guess that's why they are too busy to return calls. Disgusting. I will never buy another car here.

Dropped the vehicle for a routine service. Drop off was quick and easy. Service was completed at the promised time. Highly recommended.

It was again a great experience purchasing a GMC truck from Bill DeLuca. The people I dealt with, Chris Proposki, Antonio and Marcello were not only very friendly and courteous but very professional at what they do.I would not hesitate on going back again in the future.

The guy that service my car did an amazing job The old hag that took care of my bill fyp the receptionist was so unprofessional. She was literally watching her Netflix show while taking my payment and has a really nasty attitude when you ask questions
