I don’t even know where to begin…. This was more fun than buying a dress!! My first experience was when Sam Hicks answered my call and I told her what I was looking for. Within what seemed like minutes she got back to me and had found not only the truck I wanted but a price I could manage! Sam was in touch with me for every step, was so responsive and helpful and made this very huge buying experience— a total walk in the park! She was the epitome of professionalism with a serious side “I’ve got your back”. Once I was set up to move forward, Donnie met up with us and assisted, welcoming us right into the DeLuca family! He helped us set up some purchases for the new truck and took time out of his day to make sure we were completely comfortable. William helped us with all of our financial questions and financing and it could not have been easier. We felt really lucky! He was super knowledgeable as well and patiently took us through each step. I live 210 miles away, but I will only be going to DeLuca for all my servicing. We would not have bought our truck from anywhere else on the eastern seaboard! Thank you Sam!! We are most grateful for all your help and support and thankful that we met you!!! All of our cars/trucks and anything else car related will only be done with DeLuca. Feels like we have new friends!!!

M wife brought our 3500 Silverado Duramax for a #4 misfire. She spoke with Christina at the service counter. We later received a phone call regarding a 3200 dollar estimate to install a #4 injector. My wife wanted to talk to me first and after speaking with her I called Christina's extension and got VM I then sent her an email asking for a written quote. She to this day has yet to respond to either. My wife informed the service department that we would be picking the truck up and happily paid the diag charges. My wife arrives 30 minutes before closing to find our expensive truck on the street with the keys in it. We brought the truck to another facility and for under 200 dollars installed an LP5 injector pigtail GM Genuine Parts PT3739 / 19368140. I've never lost so much faith in a dealership. WONT BE BACK!
